Following the sanitary directions of our ministries of Health and Tourism, we applied the below safety protocols at Philoxenia Hotel and have ensured a safe environment to our guests and staff.

Reception

​

The check-in and check-out time is modified in order the rooms to be cleaned in even more detail along with social distance purposes. Consequently, the check in starts at 15.00 pm and the check out ends at 11.00 am.

During the check-in/out procedure, a distance of 2 meters between the front office and the guests is required. At the reception, you will find free single use masks and gloves.

Housekeeping

​

All hard surfaces are cleaned by approved disinfectants and all cloth materials with steam cleaner. Free hand sanitizers are provided in each room.

​

Bed sheets, pillow cases, and towels are gathered in closed cases and being washed at 70 C in order to be decontaminated. The rooms after being cleaned with approved disinfectants, are left with balcony doors open in order fresh air to be circulated in the interior.

Shared Areas

​

All shared areas and surfaces were daily cleaned using disinfectants which are approved by our national organization for medicines.

The tables of our cafeteria are distanced following the safety protocols as issued by our ministry of Health. Guests are able to find hand sanitizers on each one of them.

Breakfast

​

The buffet's cutlery and plates are washed in high temperature (70 C) washing circle in order to provide the best possible hygiene.

Following our high sanitary standards, we focus on the daily decontaminating of the hotel areas, providing a clinical environment an excellent hygiene to our guests and staff.
